Stir-Fried Chilli Prawns

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
250g raw prawns
15 g Chilli bean paste
Ginger, grated or finely chopped
Sesame seed oil
Corn flour
Spring onions
Chillis, finely chopped


Heat vegetable oil in a wok.

Add prawns and maintain at a very high heat.

Remove prawns and drain

In a separate dish, combine chilli bean paste, ginger and shallots.

Add to wok and stir-fry.

Add prawns and a small amount of corn starch mixed with water to the wok.

Complete the stir-frying until prawns are a golden colour.
